ITEM PROCESSED TAKING TOO MUCH TIME

My parcel has been stuck at PO Office Tamparuli about 12 days already. The item processed taking too much time from 19th August until today, 31st August. There is no even message or update by the pos laju service. I really hope my parcel can be delivered ASAP. Please do contact the customer if there's any problem regarding the parcel so we dont have to worry that much about it.
