As usual, parcel not deliver - ERB754923532MY and stuck for a week at Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub). I dont know why we have to complaint in order for them deliver those parcel.

In not blaming any worker who working in the KLIA HUB. The main problem is POS LAJU MANAGEMENT, they lack of vision on slow action during MCO causing a lot of problem for those who do online shopping.
