Tuan, tlg la proses orderan saya dari 11hb 5 duk peram kat KLIA, smpai arini 19hb 5 duk peram lg... please, baju raya saya tu..

Barang saya dah stuck dkt transit office klia hub dari 30/4 dah sepatutnya barang saya tu dah sampai dkt saya pada 1/5 tapi sudah 2/5 barang tu masih status dkt transit office klia hub sekali pun status dkt Shopee tulis yang consignment dispatch out from transit office. Harap pihak pos laju dapat menyelesaikan masalah saya secepat mungkin.

My parcel has been STUCKED FOR DAYS at the pos laju transit KLIA HUB. Absolutely NO MOVEMENT at all since 25TH and today is already 28TH of APRIL. Other courier are FAR MORE RELIABLE ( yes even in this mco so why can’t you ) but i had zero choice since the seller used POS LAJU courier to deliver their products. I understand Pos Laju is a big company and the workers are doing their best but please be more responsible so you could ACTUALLY LIVE UP to the recognition given by us. Thanks.

Consignment despatch out from the transit office was the last status update on 25th April.

Wondering despatched out to where? Until today not arrive to any delivery office? Klia to Balakong or seri Kembangan post office won't take you 3 days to arrive.

Please check and send the item soonest possible. While why I still can received the other item that has been transit at the same post office and has been despatched out on the same day as 25th April,but why not this parcel together even tho both are the same address.

Please send the parcel ASAP.
MCO is not the only reason as we all know and understand the delay. But if one or two item stuck with no latest status until up to 3 freaking days... That's unacceptable. Please take this complaint seriously.. And deliver the item within the estimated time frame.

Item ni penting sangat. Saya dah tunggu lebih dari 10 hari tapi tak sampai sampai juga.

I, therefore, would request you to provide me the status of my order. Also, I would like to know, when can I expect my item to be delivered to me. I would like you to escalate my request to the higher priority.
