Suda hampir sebulan brg xda sampai...ni servis yg paling teruk..tolongla pertingkatkn servis kamu..da kena bayar,buat la yg terbaik utk costumer..bukan sambil lewa saja..apa mo jadi makin hari,poslaju servis makin teruk...

LATE DELIVERY

I need to know when my parcel will be delivered. I've been tracking it and it appears that it's not been delivered? The parcel is extremely important as it contains condolence cards that must be distributed to family and friends before Friday, 27th Jan 2017. That day would be my late mom's 40th day of passing. Please, I urge you to expedite this. I posted the parcel on 14 Jan, in the UK and it has been 2 weeks now. I posted my message on your FB page earlier this week.

Today is 27 Jan and no one has been in touch with me at all. I tried emailing but this is message: "Your message to [email protected] couldn't be delivered. care wasn't found at pos.com.my.".

My reference number is: RN262640596GB.

It has now been 2 weeks - still nothing. I strongly suggest you sort this out immediately. This is getting to be a JOKE!
