I have already make the complaint under CP181210154677 & CP181224155901 but the respond was very late. Until today I still didn't get any news from them. Calling the 1 300 300 300 is useless ad they drag our money only. We need your help to lodge a complaint and this are my important letters form overseas and its already more than 1 month.

My item bought from overseas stuck at "item processed" status at delivery office puchong for one month ready. Call them since 3 weeks ago and made 2 report already also no news and no feedback. Keep telling me to wait for 6 days for them to check. Call the 1 300 300 300 number keep on saying puchong branch did not reply their email. Give me puchong branch number 0380625913 to call. I call 20 times 20 times did not answer. Need to personally go there and only they say cannot find item. Item lost. Need to check manually because system down. Tell me to wait end of the week and they will call me back. As usual did not call back and need to call them 100 times to get them. Then only say item lost need to fill in form for claim. The item lost does not have monetary value but it is irreplaceable! You stupid lazy people in pos malaysia. You thief! Curse you to get your hand detached in an accident. I know you stole it.
