Unethical poslaju clerk

I bought a domestic pos laju service EH 54 965 080 0MY ON 14 Aug 2017 ( inv no:00199842) to deliver a gift parcels from puchong to johor bahru under one destination.

Both parcels clearly marked fragile. Upon completed the form the malay male clerk do not bother to check the form and moreover less care about the parcel. He just put both parcels in normal poslaju plastic envelope and stick the form on it. Worst he just THROW it into a cart with a smug face!

As expected one of the sentimental parcel broken upon arrival.

I want Pos Malaysia accounted for their staff behaviour. Please hire people who really suitable and dedicated for the job.
It is because you are handling people precious things and memories. Now you already destroy my memories and wonder how many memories your clerk will demolish.

I do not trust your service anymore Pos Laju Taman Kinrara Branch!
