masih belum menerima barang saya

Dalam sistem poslaju barang sudah sampai di Poslaju Bintulu pada 8/11/2021, tetapi tiada penghantaran di buat sehingga harini. Buat panggilan ke Poslaju Bintulu TIDAK PERNAH di angkat. Tolong periksa siapa staff yang scan barang/dokumen yang sampai hari itu untuk tindakkan. Pasti ada rekod nama staff yang hantar barang/dokumen ke setiap kawasan. Terima kasih.

Barang order dari shopee stuck kat poslaju bintulu. 30/9 sudah sampai, hari ini pun blum keluar

Attitude for the worker

The staff at the Poslaju collection center is really unprofessional. I try to ask the question and ask for the solution. He even doesn't finish listening to my question and not looking at me, then just answer me he doesn't know. I'm your customer, please show your professional attitude! Very unsatisfied with the services!

Item not updated

I don't know where is my package. It saying that item dispatch out from office transit since 13 October. I came by the office on evening 14 October. But the staff informed me my package will arrive on the next day (15 Oct). But today I checked on poslaju track and trace, there is no update. I'm not mad but please do update. Thank you.

Status not update

I went to PO in evening 14 Oct. But the staff informed me my package will arrive on the next day(15 Oct). But today I checked on poslaju track and trace website, the status still "item dispatch out from transit office" since 13 Oct. Today already 18 Oct. I don't know where is my package. I'm not mad but please do update. Thank you.

Tak terima barang

mana barang saya? tak mahu dengar alasan ITEM HILANG! cek google barang dah sampai tapi dalam tracking x update lagi. Poslaju x pickup call. malas layan customer. bad service.
