Shipment was sent out by the seller on 4th of July 2018. Arrived at transit office on 6th July 2018. Until today 17 July 2018 the parcel still stucked at the transit office. Called up BM branch in Bayu Mutiara and they said my parcel was transferred to Prai branch. Then he gave me this number 0194546023 which i tried to call continuously for more than 1.5 hours and it's still ENGAGED. So when can i get my parcel......worst experienced from Poslaju.
