The reason i finally come up to this complaint board are because it has happened a lot of time by this Poslaju Caw. Serahan 1 Johor Bahru staff.
They have never deliver the parcel straight to our door but instead faking the status in the system, stating as the premises are closed, left the arrangement notice note and send the parcel to Pos Laju Taman Sri Tebrau for us, the customer who paid for their delivery service to do the self collection.
I did this complaint after a many times and today we left our door opened from morning until 6pm and we checked in the track and trace system that they had an attempted delivery at 430pm but the premises are closed.
If you intend to do the delivery service but are not keen to deliver to the doorstep then don't. Other courier services, even the abx courier which i regard as low grade courier are better than yours. And i do believe most of you poslaju guys are muslim, cari duit kerja biar berkat bang.
And to Pos Laju itself, kindly restructure your hotline services, your operators are too shy to speak to us.
