My parcel item no. LZ358939245US via USPS. Checked Poslaju Track and Trace online and the status - item already dispatched out on 3th Aug 2018 at 9.53am but until now yet to receive!

It supposed to arrive Poslaju Kepong!

Please revert urgently.
