Barang Tak Hantar Sistem Tak Update

ERB774124766MY barang ni dah lebih seminggu sampai di Poslaju Jalan Song Kuching tapi tak dihantar, bila pergi ke kaunter nak self-collect diberitahu pula belum proses lagi!!!! Beratur 2 jam ini jawapan yang diberi?? Geram betul!!!

ERB733515895MY barang ni pun satu, 28/4 dah transist dari KLIA Hub ke Poslaju Jalan Song Kuching, sampai sekarang sistem masih tidak update... Apa dah jadi dengan Poslaju? Tolong proses dan update sistem kamu.
