The delivery guy who came and delivery my parcel was very rude. He said he came and waiting outside my office very long and nobody open the gate. If he reached my place then why not call me and inform rather than waiting there just like that? Some more after that he called and straight away asked me "you want the parcel or not, if not i will delivery very late". Dint even he informed who is he and nothing and just can asked me like that with angry voice. I still patiently asked him to wait and will open the main gate, but he still continue asking me want the parcel or not now? How come he can scold customer like this before he inform that he is waiting? Is this the way treating customer?
