My parcel is stuck at KLIA for almost 10 days since customs clearance!!! Have called them almost 20 times, everyday since last week but still no movement or update at all!! They have to compensate for the delay, causing us so much of stress and loss in monetary because of the delay!!! We inform the call centre we need the parcel urgently but obviously they just ignored our request because until now they can't provide us any update each time we called them. Disappointing service from such a big organization in Malaysia. We feel like dealing with a third world country company!!
