Parcel Not Delivered

My parcel is not delivered since 14th Jun 2020. I posted the item on 12th Jun 2020 to Sabah. I chek via poslaju tracking and it stated that my parcel still and stuck at Poslaju KLIA Hub transit almost 1 month now. Whats wrong with my parcel??. Im request to you to chek my parcel and deliver it ASAP.
