Please kindly check on my parcel EHA200784309MY. The Parcel was sent out at 10th August 2020 from Ipoh and too so long to arrive at poslaju kota kinabalu at 25th August 2020. The parcel has not been delivered out more than a week now. What's the problem causing it to undeliverable? Time passes more than one week now. Please do something on that. My shopee guarentee ended at 18th August 2020, and now is 3rd September 2020. Please deliver the parcel now!

Saya nak tanya kenapa barang saya dah lebih 2 minggu berada di pos laju kota Kinabalu? Terakhir status kata item dah dispatch out. Sampai sekarang takde pun. Barang tu sampai KK 31hb5. Dah la ada lagi satu parcel yang baru sampai KK 11hb5. Status yg sama juga item dispatched out. Jadi bila nak sampai nya ni iaitu ke Bintulu Sarawak? Apa saya perlu tunggu berbulan-bulan lagi ke?

Wtf is wrong with ur service? Makan gaji buta ke staff poslaju or is it delivery posman . Pls just throw your ### phone into the garbage bin if its FOREVER UNREACHABLE !! . Called a thousand times to comfirm where my item is at and yet forever getting the ‘ im sori the number is in use’ USE? What use? SUCH A PIECE OF GARBAGE . If you cant do your job properly , just shut the whole sistem down or get your management or whatever just so your lousy service will change. It has being years and it has only gotten worser and worser !! So disappointed with POSLAJU and i am going to opt for another courier even if its more costly . SERIOUSLY POSLAJU SUCKS LIKE HELL
