Parcel location not updated.. super slow

Why no update since 12 febuary..?? I've been expecting my item to reach before CNY.. Today check website after 10am.. expecting late update coz of cny.. but still nothing.. not a single update.. what the hell are the multimedia section doing..

Irresponsible Poslaju

This Poslaju really irresponsible as they never attempted for delivery but stated "recipient was unknown to the occupants at the premises". My first parcel was successfully delivered without any issue but the second one EN444857265MY failed with the above reason. What kind of service provided from Pos Malaysia? Now my second delivery voided as the sender will not resend nor refund to me due to their stated T&C. Really disappointed.

No update and no reply

My tracking number is EN442166015MY and complaint case number is CP180118125680. My item has been posted over counter on 9th January 2018 and the tracking records stuck and not updated since 10th January 2018,until up to date.
I didnt received my item even though it has been 2 weeks time. What's poslaju? We pay for longer delivery time? Numerous calls to their branches but keep asking us to wait without any valid reason. Firstly said my item overweight, after that they said found my item. So it was due to overweight or lost my item? what's all this excuse? Lodge a complaint to their website and supposed reply within 2 working days, but yet still no any responses from poslaju despite more than 3 working days.
Please response ASAP. Please let me know if my parcel lost, dont keep quiet.

Track status no update, haven’t received after 4days

Track & trace system didn’t update my parcel status and it’s show it’s dispatched out from Johor Bahru office on 31 Dec, but I still haven’t received my parcel on 4 Jan. JB-Kulai, how is it possible take so long to reached?

Please update the status and speed up the service.

Poslaju Malaysia - Parcel keep delay no update

Dear In Charge Person,

Since the parcel send out on 21 December 2017 , Its been 6days for me to wait for my parcel ER119056945MY. I don't know need so long to delivery the parcel since 21 December 2017. It was keep delay and delay, the system never update anything. I don't think before need take so long to delivery, but why not it's being so slow and keep on delaying it.

Poslaju by right is our trusted national courier service provider and what has exactly gone wrong with your service?

The item first dispatched out on 21 December 2017 from Consignment dispatch out from transit office at Pos Laju Johor Bahru.
Then on
22 December 2017 NO ANY UPDATE ,
23 December 2017 NO ANY UPDATE ,
24 December 2017 NO ANY UPDATE ,
25 December 2017 NO ANY UPDATE ,
26 December 2017 NO ANY UPDATE ,
27 December 2017 NO ANY UPDATE ,
And till now I don't get ny update about recent status of the parcel. I understand its public holiday but why my parcel keep pending at Pos Laju Johor Bahru?
And can someone explain why keep pending my parcel at Johor Bahru Since 21 December 2017 6days agos ??Thanks a lot for your responding.

perkhidmatan lembab

perkhidmatan yg sangat slow. Item process pada 10 Nov 2017(Jumaat) pada jam 2:19:56 AM sehingga sekarang 10 Nov 2017, 4:01 PM di POSLAJU PARCEL HUB. Ini kali kedua barang saya lambat diproses. Sebelum ini pernah mengambil masa selama 2 hari untuk diproses!!! Dah tau hari Jumaat, jangan malas.

Slow and poor service

The tracking website how come not updated frequently?

21/1/17 the item being dispatch out from puchong

After that no more update from website, wont it be so weird ?
27/1 suppose enough time for them to deliver out the parcel as promised by the shopping website
So I 27/1 call poslaju they reflected to me this matter is under investigation and takes 6 days. They need to email or what what to know what's happening and where the parcel is.
I really dont know whether poslaju 'eaten' up my parcel or they missed it. Deliver 1 thing already used up 1 week also not enough, now still want me wait for 1 week. If a thing takes so many days to deliver, then shouldn't call it poslaju, never been speedy ! Poslaju, u have spoiled your reputation, is it this is your way to treat customer ? Ask customer wait wait wait. If the parcel wasn't urgent then why should we use poslaju? I self carry is even better than your so called 'laju' courier service!
