did not receive my parcel almost 1 week

I did not receive my parcel almost 1 week.When i check my trace no:EP758772603MY at their website, they inform my parcel at Poslaju Bandar Dato Onn Jb and they said my house is closed.In fact my parents always at home but nobody knock the door,call me or my sender in that day.Im also didnt received any notification from Poslaju.Please do delivery today!!! Im very disappointed with their bad services!!!
