Lagi lucu , ingat orang yang tinggal kat Condo nak sentiasa duduk kat depan tingkap tunggu hang ke ? Reminder call hanye 2 minute saje sudah lari , hang ingat orang 24-7 ade handphone kat tangan ? Situ ade pondok guard house la , bagi la saje kat guard , courier lain buat cam tu ! Call , janji kan redeliver , sampai sekarang ape pun tak ade , call pun tak ade . Nak call untuk tanye fon tak angkat . POSTMAN LIAR , POST OFFICE WORKER NOT DOING JOB . Better just close this branch .

Poslaju services is getting worst! Why dont anybody update in the system if the item already reach receiver destination? I went twice to post office just to check if my parcel arrived or not cos they never update anything on the system. Its so inconvinient for me. Call the careline 1300300300 and waited almost 20mins before them pick. Also call miri poslaju branch since the last 3days nobody is picking up the call. Why would we customer need to pay for poslaju services but its not that efficient? Really disssapointed! Item was posted out on 17th january 2018 and today 23rd january item still not yet update. Im travelling today !
