On 3rd of December 2019 (Tuesday),me and my husband went to Hospital Semporna first to get number for review Doctor & do physio. Then go to post office to get number for post laju. My number then was 3156 (current no: 3079) time was around 10.22am.Since its still a long queue, me and my husband went back to Hospital for review and do physio first. By 1pm I brought my husband (OKU patient) for lunch as he was hungry already.
By 1:30pm, we went back to post office but my number was already passed. Current number at that time was 3166. I showed my number to the officer and was told that my number was invalid anymore and asked me to get a new number which was 300 person ahead. I told the officer that I can’t wait for the long queue as my husband who is an OKU is with me . Then other officer ; ABDU BIN RAIS stood up and shouted at me in front of all customer saying that I need to get another new number and even said that I always asked for help without waiting for queue up number. When I asked for proof he said he can’t show me. Very disappointed with the staff treatment and services towards customers. One staff by the name Noorazia did apologies to me on behalf of her staff afterwards.
Many customers also not satisfied with the post laju staffs services towards customers. Though the new pos office venue is more comfortable with seats and air-conditions but service are VERY SLOW and POOR.
My intention of writing this letter is mainly for the pos laju management to improve their services and be more considerate in treating their customers.
