Parcel stuck at KLIA hub since 4/8/2020

Hi Poslaju Staff, kindly assists to check my parcel to Dungun, Terengganu (Tracking Numbers: ENB060798485MY) which are stucked at KLIA Hub since the last update on 4 August 2020,

Kindly help to update the delivery status and send it ASAP, my customers are complaining, PLEASE help to check it and deliver the parcel, WHO WILL PAY MY LOST ?????? Thank you in advance.
