Last night I was eating a pot pie, first one I have had out of the box of 8 purchased at Sam's Club recently, and much to my
disgust there was a fairly large piece of plastic in it. This piece of plastic could have choked me to death, cut my mouth, throat or insides!!

disgust there was a fairly large piece of plastic in it. This piece of plastic could have choked me to death, cut my mouth, throat or insides!!

We would like to know what you are willing to due to compensate us for this egregious error on your part. While we did not receive any damage from the oversight, someone could have just as easily choked to death on the foreign particle contained in the product that your company packaged and we purchased and ate in good faith.
