I have a poulan Pro BVM200 vacuum/blower had it for three years and replaced the vacuum bag three times because of a poorly designed zipper i'm getting ready for my fourth vacuum bag but i'm disgusted with the poor quality and i'm tired of replacing these bags. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to buy a new bag every year. I have several poulan products and have had no trouble. I think i should be given consideration and you should send me a new bag free of charge.If not i may have to go with another manufacturer for my lawn products. A dissatisified customer. I am trying to get the mailing address for Poulan so that I may make a proper complaint to the company about my blower vac. that is less than 6 mo. old. It will no longer crank after having ran well the day before. We got it from Badcock and was told to take it to a local small engine repair where they were EXTREMELY RUDE and one of the employees there "LAUGHED" in my face about it. Informed me that they could fix it for 75 to 100.00 and still no guarantee. Now, why would "I" be responsible for fixing something that SHOULD be under warranty? The information on the blower is BVM 200 US Poulan Pro. It is of my opinion that you find another engine shop to do your repairs.
