We have had the Power XL Air Fryer Grill for two years. We called about it smoking and they told us we were using it wrong. No suggestion was made although we were using it according to instructions in the manual. In the two years we have had it, we used it about seven times. Now it is leaking an oily substance and does not work. We have called about it a couple of times with the same response. It has certainly not lived up to its advertising. And thus far, Customer Service is just a label with no service.
