Now the decoration of one the glass is gone...doesnt look nice...

I bought my prada struzzo wallet one year ago at Prada Selfridges store at London . I really regret getting it. After few days using it, the quills on the corner and edges of the wallet is starting to come off. It didn't totally comes off but it looks hanging and it's really annoying. I was expecting a very quality wallet since it's by prada. Before getting my current Prada, I used have mid tier buffalo leather for 2 to 3 years and it still looks better than my current Prada struzzo wallet. Ok. After I found the problem on the wallet probably after 5 days, I called the store and they told me to bring it back to the store for inspection and they did replace a new one for me. I went back to the store 2 days after my call, the explanation was simple and the staff told me that it wasn't suppose to come off. Let me repeat again, they are said that it won't comes off but hey!! It's looks hanging and it's obviously going to come off after longer use and it looks horrible. After getting a new wallet, I took extra care but in the end the same issue occur after 2 week. The quills on the edge and corner of the wallet looks like is going to come off again. But this time, I didn't make any calls as I was too busy and I needed to pack to leave UK after my graduation. When I was back to my home country Malaysia, I visit Prada store to tell them about the problem. Surprisingly that they actually gave me the same explanation but without allowing me to replace it this time. "They told me that this is a very delicate leather and the quills shouldn't comes off" I accepted the fact the wallet will look horrible by having the quills hanging and look like is going to rip off. Though it didn't comes off after one year but it looks really really ugly. I've tried searching online on similar issue and I found nothing. May be Prada paid google on filteration? Besides , I can't find online as well on how to fix my wallet. I'm not sure if I can use really strong glues to stick the quills back and I afraid it will damage the wallet since it's quite new and it's really expensive. I have brought to leather repair store before and they told me not to fix it yet since its new but I recently really can't stand the ungliness of the hanging quills and hope to just stick it back with a strong glue. Please advise me if anyone have encounter the same issue. Thank you.

I got a Prada bag and purse for Christmas. My purse got a bit wet in the rain, which caused the purse to pucker really badly around the zipper. I contacted customer services, who were not very helpful. Said I should refer to my care guidelines and that leather shouldn't become excessively damp! When paying £400 for a purse I wouldn't expect it to get danaged in the rain. Customer services were very dismissive and weren't really interested. Not happy at all. Will be taking the matter further.
