We approached Prema Gas agency in KK Nagar Chennai-78 to get the new connection. We gave all the documents to them with lot of hurdle and number of times visit. Finally they sent the letter for payment. Gas connection is booked under my name and i visited 5 times and paid the 5500 for 2 gas cyclinder. They refused to give the bill. finally they issued the two cylinder and refusing to deliver the gas stove as they require my presence. i wondered how the senior citizens suffering for these kind of formalities and in between lot of bribes are going on. Kindly investigate and give the proper instruction to agency.
