I had a very frustrating experience working with Tino on my recent mortgage refinance. Communicating with him was very difficult; he is very talkative and has trouble making a point concisely. He was out of contact for a period of time, and then would email and call urgently several times in the same day demanding immediate action. One time he even threatened to increase my fee if I did not fax him some paperwork within 24 hours of his request (paperwork I had previously sent to him). The loan did finally go through, but I found Tino to be disorganized, unprofessional, and exasperating.
