Packaging

I have purchased biscuits for years but since the new packaging and broken biscuits i will no longer be buying them. l will now be purchasing Australian and environmentally friendly items.

Packaging

The packaging is a disgrace - I agree with the other complaints. The world has enough issues with environmental packaging, to add to this is a joke. The biscuits are always broken. I have finally decided enough is enough and will not be purchasing your product any more and will switch to another product whereby they use only the cardboard box.

Packeting, Taste and Size

I too am going to find an alternative. The biscuits are always broken, so over opening multiple packets to make hubby's lunch. It comes down to a lot of packets when at least a third of each packet in broken beyond use. I for one believe your company has gone backwards in opting for flimsy plastic packaging. The shops have band the little grey shopping bags as they were in use, now you have doubled the use of plastics in your product. shame on you. The general taste and size have also changed along with a price increase. As a family, we do not like Salada's but at least they are not all broken like your biscuits. Pick up your game and bring back packaging that works and go back to the original recipe or makers, give back their flavour.

Quality

Since you have changed packaging the quality has dropped every pack I buy there are always broken biscuits. I will not be buying them anymore because of this I’m sick of wasting my money on your product when I have to throw out most of the pack due to be broken

Deceptive & Misleading

Deceptive, sell as "Premium Originals' yet now manufactured in China (prev. Malaysia) use to be owned by Nabisco now owned by Mondelez, completely different recipe! Packaging the same as it has been for years, So, in fact, there is nothing ORIGINAL about these. Felt immediately sick on eating just 1 biscuit and currently sending to the health department to be tested due to the overpowering sour smell of biscuits. Use to be my go-to biscuit - never again.

I USED TO LOVE PREMIUM CRACKERS WITH A CUPPA FOR LUNCH.NOT ANY MORE THEY ARE SO THIN THEY BREAK WHEN TRYING TO BUTTER THEM.THEY ARE ALSO BURNT I WON'T BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT ANY LONGER

Packaging

I am complaining about the pagaging of the premium biscuits, from a cardboard box to two or more layers of foil/paper, apart from getting broken biscuits, it can't be good for the environment. I can get a similar product from Aldi, looks like I go there, 'just for biscuits!!!'
