The new plastic packaging is disgraceful and a complete disregard of our environment. I will never purchase this product again.

Please go back to you good old biscuits and packaging, I am so sick of fragile crackers and so, so many broken ones. They are very slightly smaller too. Stick with the old method. I have always bought Premium crackers but since you changed the packaging and the size of the crackers I have been disgusted so now dont buy them. I got so sick of broken biscuits and the different texture of them. Please listen to your customers and go back to the old way. Almost every cracker broken on opening due to new soft packaging. Crackers now so thin that if they are not broken after opening they will be after trying to spread anything on them!
These were me sons favourite cracker but won't be wasting my money on them again unless these issues are corrected.
