My dispute was denied: findings they said I stole my own money I authorize those transactions and I benefitted from it. I strongly disagree with who ever made this finding I did not give my card to anyone including myself to use the day my money was literally stolen from me while I was at home sleep theives withdrew $1010 from a atm back to back while I was being notified from the fraud department literally while all of this is happening and they never shut my card down. I didn't not authorize no one to use my card the day of 02/10/24 I was at home sleep when these transactions happened. I'm a 61 year old elderly women with a disability I don't get out much i don't drive much so how on God green earth do I have the time to defraud the bank and risk jail time while the real fraudsters criminals and scammers go free, stealing from innocent victims like my self. I don't agree with the discion they made I want my money returned back to me. I want a new investigation done on my case, nor did they send any documents to verify it was infact me who committed this crime. nothing only a letter accusing me of this crime and that not fair I did not commit fraud against my own self. this is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God.
