Ive submitted the required documents to the dept of labour mamelodi branch on the 20th of jan 2016,ive been given dates to come back and check but my details they were stil not updated on the system. I once received a letter that my id no.was not correct and should rectify it,I did and they replied to getting the right info,since then I havent received my benefits till date and my son is almost 1 old.
