Flight Time Change
The customer service person himself was wonderful; however, the results of the situation was not. My flight was changed from 6am arriving at 1030am to leaving at 11am arrivng at 530pm. This is unacceptable. If I wanted to arrive that late I would have booked it that way. I need to arrive by 2pm for the plans have I scheduled. I was told there was nothing that could be done. I will never book with price-line and will never recommend them to anyone either. Shady bait and switch.
I called Delta Airlines and was told that Priceline would need to make changes and I called Priceline and was told the opposite. This is apparent bait and switch. I booked the early flight for a reason. All the customer service person could say was sorry. Well sorry doesn't get me back the money I will lose for arriving so late. Priceline made no effort to accommodate or offer a reason for such a drastic change in flight time and I was offered no other options.
They advertised low fares for early flights then switch you to flights that are not accommodating for your schedule. Basically your stuck with whatever they want you to have. This should be illegal. They should be made to give you something comparable to what you paid for. Why would I choose such an early flight If I didn't need to be there. Its a wasted day for me and will cost me financial hardship. I am so disappointed and upset with the lack of empathy from Priceline.
Poor customer service and apparent bait and switch.

Fraud
I had a reservation for a hotel room through Priceline. On February 23, 2019 I called to cancel that room. After the terms for cancellation were explained to me I decided to change my mind and did not authorize the cancellation. When I showed up to the hotel it appeared to be cancelled. I had to reserve another room at another hotel.
When I contacted Priceline for my refund or even a voucher for another date they refused both. I explained to numerous managers about this and none of them even considered refunding my money.
