Printerpix UK No Response

I sent the following email on 27th May 2014 and despite a verbal request for a response and two requests for contact by a customer services manager have had no response. I don`t think I am asking for much and the books in question are the same size, the only basic difference being the front cover. A constructive response would be much appreciated.

Dear Nasir,

We have been corresponding re: a problem I had with a voucher which also turned out to be a problem with the photobooks I have created as the Groupon voucher I have relates to A4 leather photobooks and I have created hardcovered photobooks. In your last email you informed me it was not possible to change the projects I have created and to use the voucher I would have to create leather photobook versions.

I have checked back on the purchase and I believe my confusion occurred partly because of my inexperience and partly because the information on Groupon which stimulated my order, although under the heading of leather photobook, in its introduction uses the words " This hardback trip down memory lane ....".

I am sure you appreciate that to recreate the photobooks would entail a great deal of work on my part on clearly I would like to avoid this if possible. I looked at the email flyer Printerpix sent me over the weeekend and the difference in cost between the A4 40 page hardback photobook and the leather bound version is £10 per book. Is it possible that you could, on this occasion for these two books only, allow me my Groupon credit I have against the hardback version if I agree to pay the additional amount. Alternatively, have you any other suggestion you could make?

I am a new customer of Printerpix and partly due to problems on your part, and also on mine we did not get off to a very good start. I suggest a little flexibility on this occasion could prove a good investment on your part.
