I wanted to send a very small parcel to the uk
There was one other person in front of me and i waited over half an hour before another assistant came to me and then ask what i wanted to send, straight away she was not polite, i then asked why serving customers takes so long, very slow and poor performance by the staff, i would expect professionalism

Phone all ok accept the internet line. Usedto play game sometimes the line suddently disconnected and refresh again, thought coz of the line provider. 4th time change the provider and still have same problems. When i change to another phone (android) there was nos problem at all... Internet line was running smooth. Whats hapening to VIVO...or is there any button or software I didn't know. Pls advise.
