HOME CHOICE SCAM OR WHAT

HOME CHOICE IS A SCAM

During the Month of March 2020, I ordered a 4 piece of Duvet sets that was on Promotion.I but did not receive my order until today. During July Month 2020 I received a call from HomeChoice confirming if I did receive my order and I told them that I did not. On Monthly basisIn I got an smses stating that they did not receive my payment for the account, I told them that I will not pay for the things I did not receive. They told me that I must send an affidavit and a certified ID copy, I did that but even today I haven't receive any feedback from them and this is affecting my credit profile at credit bureaus.

HomeChoice is a scam working with courier companies or their drivers.

Some must attend to this, even the debt collectors they are using is of no assistance because everyday they call trying to collect the money from me and I tell them same thing but they are also falling to follow up with HomeChoice.

Dstb now

We are watching dstv now every day. For weeks there is a internet problem but we pay for this crap. On vryday evenings we watch the series VASTRAP and during the day other programs on kyknet now. Its a disaster and not worth to watch. Please look into this problem or else we will publish it in the news papers and all over the media then hopefully dstv will rectify the problem. It KYKNET NOU please sort the internet problem out ASAP.

account stopped

Dear sir/madam
I am experiencing a problem with Telkom, i took out a contract with them about 6 months ago, its a 10 gig sim card only, i pay my account every month without fail, i dont have any arrears on my account but i was suddenly disconnected, they keep saying my data is finished, this is very frustrating because i only use this data for my wifes school work and thats not much in a month there are some months i hardly use the data but telkom tells me i used up my data. I have asked telkom for a statement of account every month but i was only given one time and after that i was forgotten about. I will not pay for my account if this is not resolved asap and i will put this into all social media for the public to see how Telkom operates. They are very unprofessional and inefficient.

account suspended

Dear sir/madam
I am very disappointed and frustrated with DSTV, i have been sending so many emails to them and tried calling the customer care line but i have no response from either. My account was suddenly suspended about a month ago, this is very frustrating beacuse i have not received a message or a phone call to tell me why they did did, they just do their own things when ever they feel like, i have even send emails telling them i want to downgrade my subscriptions and i evevn paid for that but my account is still suspended and i still have not received a phone call explaining why or what can be done to get my account back to normal.
If i donto get this sorted asap i will have no other option but to go to social media or other media to expose DSTV as unprofessional
inefficient and useless.

Poor customer service

I called multichoice 4 times on the 11/12/2019 . But the Service Agents that took my call could not help me i bought a new Explora decoda so i want to replace the old one with the new one i do have extra view on my account but because of the useless agents and poor customer service they provide they all could not assist me even now i cannot watch TV as both my decoders are not working I'm very frustrated and dont know what to do

KFC dunked wings

Good day,

Please note that i bought KFC dunked wings on Saturday afternoon just after 4pm from KFC Colbyn Pretoria. Their wings were not dunked, disgustingly wet, without any test associated with being dunked. I actually believe that KFC is failing on this recipe lately, whether deliberately or not, i can't say because i had the same experience previously with the KFC Montana in Zambezi Drive, the one in the Junction opposite Food Lovers.

The most disappointing of all this is the price hike that happens almost every 2 months. They are now at R57 for the 8wings i normally buy.

This is a very serious concern.

Double Charges - Fraud

I switched to the Price Lock Pacakage in January BUT now I am being billed for the Price Lock = R9472.10 from Jan to Oct. However I have being paying my account of minimum R1103 per month. When I escalate I am being told "Someone" will conatct me, however since the 04th November my email queries and calls are on deaf ears. I even requested for a Senior Manager to contact me, however none bothers.. I received an sms today to say that my account will be debited for R 10756.35 on the 26th November 2017. And still 5 emails and 3 calls later NO ONE is bother to assist. I have been a Loyal Customer for the past 23 years with my account being update to date.

Morning,Just received an sms detailing that my uif claim was Rejected without any explanation. Case No for the Claim is

UIF NON PAYMENT

I applied online for the UIF claim in July, my company made an error with the documentation which was resolved. Now we in October already, and they said only payment will be for September, although I applied online and logged many queries and emails, which nobody has even return a call or email. I've received many case numbers as follows: 10004627981, 10004863522, 10004863870, 10004985742, 10005080353, 10005160076.

Please can someone give me the OMBUDSMAN details, email or contact number, although you phone and wait sometimes up to an hour, what about us who cannot afford these bills that adds up every time we have to phone.

So what happens to the money from July, August does the get to keep our contributions that we paid for years and is this far? Does one go to the media to explain all these different cases, if you google and see what is sites, such as Hello Peter and nobody even goes back to the client.

All we have is HOPE and lets see if anybody comes back to me

uif delay

I was dismissed at work in July 2015, and immediately on the 24 July 2015 I reported to the labour centre to apply for my UIF but on different occasions I was referred back to my three different previous employers for a UI19 forms to be filled.And only managed to complete my application in 2016 February due to the delay in UI19 forms from employers caused by labour centre officials not supplying me with all relavant information pertaining documents needed and by not requesting for UI19 forms from my employers all at once everytime I visited the centre to complete the application.Then in march 2016 I reported to the labour centre to sign, but was told my application is not on their system, I gave them the proof of application, then was asked to re apply then launch a complaint against the consultant who was assisting me. In April 2016 I received an sms notifying me of the rejection due to late Application, then I launched the notice for appeal in April, and was asked to report back after 90 days. In July 2016 I went back to the centre and was told to give the application some time for the outcome of the appeal to reflect on their system, and in their system it also shows that I have a UI19 form from my recent employer outstanding of which I have a proof it was submitted with other documents, I therefore re submitted the form but till date I'm still waiting for the outcome of my UIF. It's been over a year since I was dismissed at work and 7 months since my application.

Please assist I'm loosing my patient in our welfare system service delivery, and as south African citizen, and an employee whom contributed towards the UIF for over 10 years I deserve my insurance payout, still unemployed, have creditors and debts to pay and a family to support.

It is an obvious SCAM!!!

Maternity leave

I applied for maternity benefit on the 6th of February 2015 I have not received anything and my maternity is almost over.
I am broke & drowning in debt. I applied at Alberton labour centre never have I am frustrated & disappointed in our government departments and the service they give us.
