I received this notification in the mail today informing me that I was the winner for over 2 million dollars. It had an official envelope. The wanted me to send them for a premium offer fee of 12.99. I could send a check CASH or credit card. I knew this a scam because you would never cash in the mail. I just wanted other people to be aware of all these scams. I have the address that this was from. PROCESS ING OFFICE/DISTRIBUTION CENTER. P.O. BOX 2905 KANSAS CITY, KS 66110-2905. Please check this out so others can be aware of this SCAM. Thank you.
