I also received an award letter for $1,327,940 today 9/6/16. The caution flag went up when they asked for $12.99 and there was a statement that indicated the entry no. Needs to match the pre- determined winning number. However, the letter contradicted itself because it also stated I won and I needed to select one lump dime or annual distributions.

I sent nothing. I don't understand why this is allowed to happen and has been going on in so many states for so long. I'm forwarding it to our attorney general.
