My disabled child received this letter today also asking for $12.99 processing fee. His name is LarryHourd . Located on letter. This is a Scam people! For 1- the addtess is only half right. They get your info when you apply for online surveys n games or even search engines. There is many ways to retreive someones info. Some places will pay a fee for a mailing list from the post office. I studied this type of fraud for ten years since I received a check in the mail for $65,000. I took it to my bank and they assured me it was fraudulant due to its content. They showed me what to look out for. 2- When you win that large amount? There will be a number to contact them. 3- if the back is blank? ..please research. These companies are fraudulent! Take a picture of the letter and send it to the FBI. They will tell you this is a scam. You don't pay to win. Write to the FBI or send them your letter. This will end these fraudalent companies...GOD Bless America. Stand up for your rights and don't get sucker punched into this scam!

They said"YOU ARE THE OUTRIGHT AWARD WINNER! !!THE AMOUNT :Two Million Dollars " BUT......enclose the assessed fee $13.89( payable to CAD). This was today 1-12-17. These people need to be arrested &I agree with the others,using the mail for a scam should be a bigger penalty for he,she,or them

I also received a scam letter I had it ready to be mailed when I found this page I am so great full there is a page like this working people about the scam. Being on social security the money would of been a blessing. Oh well I am usually smarter but this time it looked so legitimet. I received it. I got money order 11.99$ not using my card on a paper. Suddenly got a second page. I went google the address and saw this site!
People have a hard life. Hoping to have a peace of mind. Unfair to be single mom who got fooled by a man to have long term commitment. We are to be blamed for welfare benefits. I received this mail today and read this official looking document saying I was a WINNER of $1,327,940.00 lump.
Requested to send $12.00 for registration fee.
Good thing I search this place in the internet before I'm tempted to respond and pay the fee.

I received the same letter as well of an award of $1,327,940.00 and I needed to pay a fee of $12.99. I thought it look fishy and so I thought I would check it out. Just as I expected its a scam!

I to responded to Publishers Clearing House I don't understand how publishers clearing house would allow this to happen

Add one more to the list. Thought it was PCH but magazines were paid in full on first bill that came in the mail. Over several months now I keep receiving letters from PROCESSING OFFICE/DISTRIBUTION CENTER P.O.BOX 2905 KANSAS CITY, KS66110-2905 and as I complained about having to send 'ANOTHER' check for $32.99 for another . . . 'ACQUISITION FEE' . . . she told me it was a SCAM & after she googled this address, the complaintboard.com link came up and here I am, scammed, feeling stupid plus out of over three months checks from $12.99 to the one for $32.99.

Won't the police department in Kansas City KS 66110-2905 put camera's in to catch who's picking up mail at PO Box 2905??? Very disgusting plus I'm embarrassed that I've fallen for this creepy scam for months now! PLS PLS PLS don't send money EVER for contests cause you never are supposed to send money to win money!!!

Received the same letter/documents on 5/03/16. Seems to be a very sophisticated scam. Post mark is presorted first class, U.S. Postage Paid, Kansas City, MO, permit no. 4280. The postage mark indicates Kansas City, MO, the return address is Kansas City, KS
IAt the end of the fine print leaflet it states YOU HAVE NOT YET WON

Just like all other innocent people I received a letter on 4/11/2016 , stating "Minimum Winner Payment Amount Pending $1,327,940.00." Our local California media says if you receive mail
saying to submit money, it is all a SCAM! Thanks to all who have shared their experiences.

From all of the complaints above, this scam company was at it all of 2015. I received a letter on 3-28-2016 stating I also won $1,327,950.00. How can they be getting away with this for so long without the law stepping in? I find it hard to believe that the Kansas City, KS police dept. or the Kansas City, Ks attorney general or the USPS security people haven't arrested these people. How hard can it be to intercept whoever picks up the mail for PO Box 2905 and getting to the bottom of this?

I to have been taken and sent a check for $15.99 which will cause me Money problems since I will incure bank charges for that check since I wrote it before my February 3 Social Security hits the bank in January 2016. The bank informed me that my account will be charged even though I dated it a day after my February 3 SS payment. I hope they at least wait to try and clear the check after the 3d or besides being a fool I will get bit twice.
