5-27-15: I also received a call from International Credit Recovery asking me to clear up what was probably an oversight due to the small balance for an invoice. I was told I'd been sent 5 invoices and my present balance due was $299 and to avoid further action I should pay now~~~~~ I was asked what credit card I had given in order that I had an amount due and she indicated that giving my birth date for the "free trial period" obligated me to the amount due. When asked about the company's name, she told me they were in Pennsylvania and this billing matter had been "turned over to ICR" and they would not talk to me. From what I've read on other posts, it appears ICR is actually a part of Progressive Business Publications? Needless to say, I will be voicing my concerns with Progressive Business Publications and other relevant authorities.

Are there others out there experiencing this form of business publication solicitations?

Please send your complaints about fraudulent conduct regarding International Credit Recovery Inc. and Progressive Business Publications to the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, E consumer .gov, the Better Business Bureau, and/or your local General Attorney's office.
