still stuck KL TRANSIT hub even the shoppe automatically write successfully delivered because of the shoppe guarenteed..

my item still stuck in KL TRANSIT HUB more than 10 days now.. i know its all about pandemic now but there is no reason to hold other people item for too long.. please just send it to the owner..
