Promdress01.com is terrible and unethical...buyer beware. First, they sent the wrong color. Second, the tailoring of the dress was extremely poor (child laborer?). When, I tried to return for a refund, despite a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, they would not refund stating it was custom and that my daughter selected wrong color DESPITE sending an actual photo of the color she wanted. You can try this, but not worth the risk....buyer beware! If they were in the U.S., Consumer Affairs would shut them down immediately!!!!!

This company is a scam. The product you receive is nothing compared to what is advertised on their site.
They don't answers emails for weeks and when they finally do, it's all excuses.
The won't accept the fact that their products are horrible and won't issue refunds.
The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with.
