My name is Elroy Engelbrecht I have worked two years for this personnel agency for manufacturing company mpact. When our contract ended this year I was given my documents to submit to mibfA which I did. What annoys me is the fact that mibfa on receipt of the documents did not even phone me to tell me that I am not registered with them. I waited almost two months and when I phoned them they told me they received the docs but I am not registered with them. I have phoned them numerous times to ask them what am I to do still waiting for callback. Please can you assist with this matter and let me know what I can do because mibfA customer service is very bad and I don't have the funds to phone them everytime....
