No picture on 2 year old set, no help from store about replacement or service. Made appointment with the Geek Squad and was informed that they don't service because parts are hard to get unobtainable and it would be cheaper to purchase a new set. I find it very disheartening that I would have to pay for service, (if I found a certified shop), which costs more than the television or buy a new one, without any compensation.
