Took order of $2200 item.
Said 3-4 weeks.
Then we had to keep calling them each week. It has been 8 weeks+ now.
Many excuses.
This is OUT AND OUT fraud. Internet fraud. EMS is 4-5 days and tracking.
Said held in Customs in 1 conversation.
Said could not get tracking or any information from there supplier in another conversation.
How does an Internet company stay on the Internet with this sort of activity.
Filing with FTC - DA's Office, Contacting there Local PD's office. Leaving people with only $thousands in HOPE?, how can people do this to others and still be allowed to stay in business?
Misleading people using the Internet is MAIL Fraud !!
US Government will be dealing with this Scam-" Patriot Act/Homeland Security Act"- from sending the funds to China and our information to China.
Our Card and information is also being Hacked and we know from Family PHD computer Science Major letting us know about this problem. He traced it back.

Ordered Sax from online Catalogue, that didn't say Sax was out of stock. Waiting, I emailed. they didn't answer. I called. Order being shipped from China - two or three weeks. After six weeks, still being told "one or two more weeks". cancelled order, and they acknowledged cancelled order with rare email, but 'too busy' to refund my money. had to get Credit Card Company to step in... Prowinds might have been trying to stoll past the Dispute Claim Deadline. doesn't seem quite honest, does it?

I bought a trumpet from Pro Winds a month ago...They won't answer emails and no pick up on 800 or 812 phone numbers...I have emailed Dean Foster founder and CEO of Prowinds...No luck
