My complaint is not with the service people but with the agents that take the repair orders. They are unhelpful and rude. I have had all my appls insured under worry free for years, However when I purchased a washer & Refrigerator - i took the mfgr insurance which was much cheaper, when they both expired, I called and put both back on worry free. on July 3rd, due to the bad attitudes I always receive from phone calls to worry free I decided to schedule on line, was thrilled to get a next day appt, however for some reason they scheduled it for my A/C and not my refrigerator, when I called, again was greeted with an attitude from an agent that said my refrigerator was not covered, however my washer was and since I rescheduled the washer/dryer and refrigerator at the same time, I knew it should have been only to be rudely told that "you never called" I can't tell you how insulted and angry, I asked to speak with a supervisor after being on hold for several minutes she came back and said none was avail, took my number and said one would get back when she was free, of course as expected no one called. I called today to cancel the appt she schedule for tomorrow 7/6 and a recording said only emergency calls were being taken. Scheduled improperly. Tech had to send someone else to do repair. Sent second tech late. Would not accommodate repair for weekend after we took off from work for nothing. Customer sevice rep was ignorant and uncaring. End result, still have no washer or dryer. Paying over $60 MO for this?
