I took the online NY Health Insurance exam on November 14th, 2022 and as of today I still haven't received my test results. I've been calling their customer support phone number almost twice a week since the day of my exam and no one has been able to help me at all. According to them, they already emailed me my results and have been emailing them on several occasions ever since which is a BS, and I know for a fact that there isn't anything wrong with my gmail account so, there shouldn't be any issues. I even made sure that the mails are not being sent to my spam inbox and also confirmed with a customer service assistant that the email that they have on their record is correct. To top all this, after reading other people's reviews it's pretty evident that I am not the only person having this exact same problem. I'm extremely frustrated because my career was jeopardized because of how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is. Their customers service is simply the worst; it sounds like their employees are all reading the same script and are simply useless and don't care about their client's concern at all; it's pretty obvious that they don't know what they're doing. The funniest thing they told me was that my case have been "escalated" (whatever that means) and that I should be receiving an email within 3-5 business days but obviously this never happened either. They are also unable to transfer my call to any other "department" within their company that can actually do their job by addressing my concern. I just can't believe that after putting my trust and expending my money with this company they are allowed to do this to their clients and get away with it. All the complaints that other clients are giving here about this company are 1000% true because I am going through the same frustration and disappointment as they are. A piece of advice, please don't waste your money with this people. Please avoid at all cost!
