Abuse of power and illegal acts according to the ADA laws! Eight weeks ago I applied for accommodations for my learning disability with documents from doctor and licensed educational professionals stating my disability dyslexia and ADHD and ADD with medication. I attempted to take my test after eight weeks of fighting with psi to give me accommodations that are rightfully mine! Started the test there was no scriber to explain directions they told me that I would have more time in fact double that was not the case I’m supposed to have a reader that was not the case I am supposed to have a Calculator that was not the case I’m supposed to take medication every two hours they would not allow me to do that they would not allow me to take breaks! Supposed to have breaks every 30 minutes they would not allow that want to ask for help from the proctor there was no response for over an hour so I had to terminate the exam which caused me extreme duress stress and anxiety! HIPAA violation, ADA violation, human rights violation, told me I could not have water for a test that was supposed to be 7 1/2 hours! Representative from their company emailed me today apologizing for the inconvenience but unfortunately that’s not good enough I am eight weeks out from finishing school and one of my disabilities affects memory! This company is only out to gain financially off of adults with disabilities by not providing them with the accommodations to be successful so they have to take the test over and over again!
