I complained here so I feel I should acknowledge when they do something right. It took 4-5 phone calls and raising some Cain, but they had me scheduled for the wrong test, due to bad advice from their Customer Service. They were going to make me pay again for a test I had not yet taken. After some wrangling, they did correct this and rescheduled me. This should be just normal customer service but....well, I'm thankful it is corrected. Now to get thru the test.

I found two legit errors on exam. Simple median
question of 9#s no answer available. Second error
mill rate no answer available. I called PSI they
stated this occurs. I need to call my State Certification Board. After calling State they stated no PSI can only make this correction and have the
power to do so. So I am paying for a retake with same questions with errors.. Who has the power
to stop PSI for ripping people of... I needed a 75
and two errors corrections would take me over where I need to be ...
