PSI Examination Technical support did not help me at all. What they did do was help me loose my job. This meant so much to me, my bread and butter gone and this was nothing but a joke to them. I lost money, time and my job. I tried to take my exam and never ever received so many technical issues when testing. I couldn't ask for a refund because I had to get this done ASAP for my job. Online proctors was not helpful at all. 30 minutes to hours before getting my test. I checked my computer for all compatibilities and everything checked out perfectly, perfectly for the test. When it was time to launch for the test it would not let me. All my coworkers used their work laptops and passed with no issues. Stressed and epic failure after epic failure after epic failure for me.
Time is of the essence. Scheduled exam on July 7th at 5:30. Decided to use a proctor this time and take the test at work. 4pm my computer was compatible and checked out perfectly. i was ready confidence and all. 5:30p no exam launched. No proctor. The site they sent me to there was no exam. I called no one is helping. Now anxiety has built up because I need this test for my job, my real estate leasing license is a must. Its now 6:00p and my coworker leaves at 6. He's trying to help me out while telling me how it wasn't this hard when he had to get his license everything flowed. We finally get Tech Support who couldn't help us but immediately wanted to give me a ticket number. We explained how important this is and that my job is on the line. We need a supervisor. Never got a supervisor but someone who still couldn't launch the test to me. I spoke to Robin Mamgalinoa(he stated that was his name), we wanted an email, he gave us,
[email protected] and a phone number (800)367-1565 ext 7040 and our ticket number. I had to ask him to waive the fee being this was not on me he said yes it was waived. The next time I scheduled my leasing exam it was as if it was a target on my back. It was nothing but hell and tears for me. One point away or two points away from passing. What?? How?? Especially when I am very much prepared. Oh My Goodness they make it challenging for you. I just want to take my Illinois Leasing License Test honestly, stress free, confidently, prayerfully that's it that's all. Why all this extra that you put me through unnecessarily. They told me that my work computer was not compatible and I couldn't use it, oh the guy couldn't tell me that when we spoke with him. As soon as he linked in to the computer now I cant use it. Finally got a computer they said my ID was an issue. Got that taken care of only for IT to send me another link to get into my computer.
They are laughing and talking in the background. He's has to be sitting next to the proctor or maybe he was the proctor all I know is that from 12noon to maybe 4:00pm it was hell for me on wheels. To finally take the exam and fail one point away. 36 - 37. So much confusion. I decided to go to a site maybe things will be different and not wanting to deal with them. I went to Royal Testing Center in Midlothian Illinois an hour early my test is at 12noon. Its 12 and she is calls me to the desk. She ask if I closed out my other test. I said excuse me. She stated they told her to ask if I closed out the last test I took. Ummm, how on earth am I suppose to do that? I paid to take this test. I never had to close out any test before I take it. She shows me the document she has and it was a note on there to ask if I closed out the test before I take it. Why would the tester close out their test? I paid for this test and when I paid there was no red flag. Now I'm confused, she's confused. She says lets just go to the testing room and log you in and if the test comes up your fine. Well sure enough the test came up and I was able to take the test. When I was done the lady looked at me, I said are you okay? She had this bewildered look. She never answered me. She got up slowly looked at me again and went to print out my documents. I asked if she was okay again but only to hand me my things and quietly say good luck ma'am!! The looked to me was like I passed and the score was magically changed to fail. 7/12/22 my score was 36 passing is 37. 7/13/22 I lost my job. When I tell you that this has been hard for me because I really loved my job and very passionate about what I do. I study and my family and coworkers supported me. My supervisor was very very supportive. To have to leave my place of employment because I need my leasing license and PSI made it impossible hurts more than anything. The fact that it took me almost a month to type this and I have one more test to take. Mannn this hurts. They have their jobs. They are getting there checks while destroying lives.
