Too long of wait to remove block
3 years ago, I've schedule NJ state exam for Life & Health producer exam and didn't end-up taking exams. I end-up canceling schedule exam prior to schedule appointment date. I don't even remember I disputed their charge on my charge 3 years. So, PSI enforce me to send in either Cashier's check or Money order for me to remove block on my account. They freeze my account for the test I didn't even take because their policy overrules my personal reason. Since I am reasonable person, I abide their rule
and mailed in the payment in the form of cashier's check. I've confirmed receipt of payment from PSI since 4/20/17, PSI claims they required 10 business day for them to view it in their system. Well, today is the 10th day and when I called to schedule an state exam, they claim they are still waiting for their accounting department to take care of the issue. I am a pretty reasonable person and PSI isn't being working on their reasonable time to resolve an issue which they should have taken care of. I probably million time to take care of the problem I am in. I can't even schedule an important exam because PSI isn't doing their job.
This is very unfair for us to deal with this type of company because their poor structure of business operations has huge impact on our personal schedule. They really need to taken out from handling country wide state exam site. Or would need to provide service in timely manner with well established business manner.
