My name is Lydia Dingalibala with ID number 6310240673084. I am writing this letter hoping that you will help me with the problem that I have with Saltfund (ABSA) where I claimed my provident fund .I claimed on the 25th of April 2017. I also faxed my documents on the 13 of June because one of the employees from Saltfund (ABSA) by the name of Brenda told me to fax my documents since then I have not received any information regarding my claim & I gave them all the paper work they needed.
I have been calling the number 0861177775 every week with no avail.

This number: 0861177775 to follow up .after every 7days but today they say they not see my document why all the time I being calling he didn't tell me

I have claimed my provident fund but I never received my payout I have claimed on August 10th 2016 and I have been calling this 0861177775 only the machine is picking up and I left a message, I don't know how these people works

I sent my documents on April this year I have been calling 0861177775 once in every week they are so confusing, oneday they told me that money have been paid to my closed account I must contact my bank, I did call my bank and they told me there is no way a deposit can go through when your account is closes. I dropped out at school because I cant afford to pay my fees n our mother worked hard for us each n every day telling me how important school was n that she's working for us so that we can have a great future. Sometimes I feel like I have failed her I even think of giving up no this claim thing coz I'm wasting the last cent I was suppose to be feeding my siblings with

I have submitted all the required documents at Psspf two months ago and received sms saying my claim has been finalised but up to now I haven't heard anything from the administrator, worst part they are no longer responding to their communication channels please I have a family to feed do you think someone can just claim his fund for fun. I hv send my application forms June 02 this year ,I went to Psspf offices since then staff members are not helpful they just told me that my money won't be payed as ABSA hv Data problem, when I tried to ask them when is data issue will be sorted out they just replied by proudely saying ( we don't know) , this is a problem bcs everyone has a family to support pls assist if u can it it hard to leave without money or unemployed

Hi applied for my provident fund in Jan 2014.I waited for a year i did not get any money.I decided to folow up in February 2015 and discovered that ABSA never received my documents.The companie i forwarded the documents to dont want to give me any proof of the e-mail they sent to ABSA.They dont want to sent me a withdrawal form again.Please can any one advise me how to optain another form or what must i do now to get my money. Unpaid claim
I applied in 18 may 2012 but still waiting. 0861177775 number is waste of money and time as no consultant is available to answer and massage receiving device always full to take more massages.

THATS WHAT THEY TELL ME EVERYTIME I CALL SINCE NOVEMBER LAST YEAR 2011. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE BECAUSE NOW I'M LOOSING THE MONEY I HAVE EVERY TIME I CALL THEM. EVERYTIME I CALL I SPEND ABOUT FORTY RAND A CALL AND I CALL ALMOST EVERYDAY, THOSE PEAPLE OF ABSA ARE VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND THEIR SERVICE IS POOR...

The staff members of Absa are not doing their job because this complaint are the same. Since I applied for for PSSPF in 2010 November at Fox Street, I went there personally but even today I only received part of the money and the rest still outstanding. When you call the call centre number you will wait for more than 30 Min or no answer. By phoning the Absa we are loosing money while we are waiting for ours. Last month I call and spoke to Nthabiseng and Jenny and they said they are having the schedule for the company Hotline but still not capture, who must capture them without them. The services is very very poor.
